Minimum UBE Passing Score

UBE Passing Score: 270 for Winter 2023

In April 2022, the WA Supreme Court temporarily modified APR 4(d)(1) via order No. 25700-B-683 to allow for a UBE minimum passing sore of 266 and indicated that the order was in effect until the Court’s emergency order No. 25700-B-658 was lifted. On October 27, 2022, the Court issued order No. 25700-B-697 that supersedes and acts to lift its emergency order No. 25700-B-658, effective October 31, 2022.  As a result, the minimum UBE passing score is restored to 270, as provided in APR 4(d)(1).
