Deadline for Exam Room Special Requests

For good cause shown, applicants may be permitted to bring otherwise prohibited items into the exam room. Examples of such items include pillows/lumbar supports, ergonomic chairs, book stand, wrist rest, medication, external keyboard or mouse, and religious attire. In addition, applicants may request a specific seating location in the exam room due to a medical condition.   

Special requests for the exam room must be submitted through an exam applicant’s user home page at least 18 days prior to the examination date. See Admissions Policies VII. 

 

  • For the February 2025 Bar Exam & LPO Exam, special requests for the exam room must be submitted by Friday, February 7, 2025. 

  • For the July 2025 Bar Exam & LPO Exam, special requests for the exam room must be submitted by Friday, July 11, 2025. 

 

HOW TO ACCESS THE FORM FOR SPECIAL REQUESTS FOR THE EXAM ROOM: 

After submitting an exam application, exam applicants may access the exam room special request form from the applicant’s user home page by completing the steps below: 

  1. Click on “Supplement Application” below the “Current Application” section on the user home page.

  1. Click on “Confirm”; and 

  1. Click on “Apply” under Exam Room Special Request that will be visible on the exam applicant’s user home page:

Note: If you submit a testing-accommodation request, include all accommodations and otherwise prohibited items you are requesting in your testing-accommodation request. Do not submit a separate special request for these items. If you already submitted your testing-accommodation request, please supplement your testing-accommodation request via your user home page, to include any additional items or accommodations that you are requesting for the upcoming exam.
