Bar Exam Admissions

Washington administers the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) in February and July of each year. The two-day exam is held in Tacoma, Washington. Candidates for the Bar Exam must meet all qualifications for taking the exam and are subject to Character and Fitness review.

Bar Exam Notice

Beginning April 2017, construction work has begun adjacent to the Tacoma Convention Center to build a 300 room hotel and 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Parking, sidewalk and street closures, convention center access etc. may be affected during the exam. Please plan accordingly. For more information, please reference the convention center website or monitor your online application dashboard for updates from the Admissions Department.
